Estuary Enclave Residence
Estuary Enclave Residence
Cronulla, Sydney
Perched on the water, this residence is a quiet coastal study in warmth and restraint. Rather than a typical beach-house narrative, it relies on materiality. Honeyed timbers, sun-faded neutrals and durable natural stone that can handle daily coastal life while maintaining refinement.
The plan is composed to let the setting lead. Openings are positioned to frame the water, not dominate it, and floor and ceiling lines extend to soften the transition between terrace and interior. The spaces stay calm and edited: low, tonal furniture, finely detailed joinery and architecture that treats water, light and shadow as integral to the interior.
Detailing is precise, slim hardware, integrated storage allowing the palette to remain soft and the rooms to feel tailored rather than decorated. It’s coastal but urbane: relaxed enough for everyday living, elevated enough for entertaining.
